Nancy practices in the area of immigration law. Her immigration practice focuses on asylum, family based immigration, consular processing, naturalization, VAWA, U Visas, visas and waivers. She dedicates a significant part of her practice to representing women and men who have been subjected to abuse. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (AILA), King County Bar, Washington State Bar, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
