ThePeek Law Group was originally founded in 2002 as the Law Office of Jeff Peek, with Jeff Peek as the founder. In 2003 Jeff added a partner and became Evans & Peek. Jeff founded the firm with a dedication to helping the Immigrant community with the legal matters that most frequently confront them. Jeff's background was in criminal defense and he continued t excel in that field, and quickly added Family Based Immigration and Work Visas to his practice. As the need arised Jeff continued to expand his practice to include deportation defense. As one of the few practitioners in Central Texas who can claim over 23 years experience handling both complex Criminal Defense and complex Immigration matters, he continues to fight for the immigrant community here. In 2010, Jeff added a new partner, Steve Toland who has extensive background in Federal Court, and they added Federal Criminal Defense to their practice, and Peek & Toland was born. Although Steve Toland left the firm in 2022, the Peek Law Group continues to strive to be leaders in the fields of Immigration and Criminal Defense, in their committment to client to be their voice in adversity, through the pursuit of Justice, Mercy and Restoration.
Jeff is a Board Certified Expert in Immigration & Nationality Law by the State Bar of Texas.
