Diana, dual qualified as a New York Attorney and a Solicitor of England and Wales, is a Partner at Clintons in London, UK, heading the firm's immigration practice. She focuses on US immigration and nationality law, representing a wide range of clients, including start-ups, SMEs, large multinational corporations, media and entertainment companies, talent, entrepreneurs, and HNW individuals.
Diana is an active member of AILA, and a member of the RDC, NYC, BDC and the GMS. She chaired the AILA RDC Fall 2015 and 2017 London conferences, and served on a number of AILA committees, including the Consular Liaison Committee 2016-2017. Diana is a frequent speaker on US immigration law, speaking to audiences of peers, clients and other professionals, both in the UK and internationally. Her recent speaking engagements include speaking at the AILA 2017 National Conference and at the IBA Fall 2017 Conference.
Prior to her current role with Clintons, Diana practiced US immigration law at firms in London and in the US. Diana is fluent in Russian and Armenian and conversant in French. Before starting her career as a US immigration lawyer, Diana worked for a number of years as an international lawyer for the Armenian government.
