Last year--2023--marked the 40th year I have assisted clients with their federal immigration law cases, with an emphasis on family and military practice. I am a US Army veteran, and formerly served as a Captain in the Judge Advocate Generals' Corps, stationed at Fort Campbell, KY. I have been active in AILA national committee leadership for many years, having served as the national chair of the Military Committee, and I recently co-authored the AILA 2023 update to a specialized form of parole available to certain family members of military members and veterans, called "parole in place." Besides handling standard immigration cases involving adjustment of status, consular processing, getting and renewing green cards, and citizenship/naturalization for family and military clients, I am always willing to give a second opinion on any other family or military immigration case. Please do not hesitate to email me at rrlenard@aol.com from your private (not work) email address; or you can phone me at (931) 552-4894 from your private (not work) phone number, to set up a potential consultation. Office hours are scheduled by appointment only (after the initial email or phone contact). My office is in Clarksville, TN at 321 Franklin Street (since 1988). Thank you! Bob Lenard (updated January 29, 2024)
