After 12 years in private practice, she spent 16 years at universities leading academic immigration teams and serving as a DSO, ARO, and RO, and SME for immigration integration . She returned to full-time private practice in May 2021, where her practice focuses on academic, business and family immigration with a unique focus on academia, healthcare, F/J/M visa immigration, and nonresident alien taxation.
